Synopsis
The session will consider recent DFG updates and the impact on clinical recommendations. The Grant criteria will be discussed and reviewed to aid clinicians in refreshing, updating, and learning new information on how to apply the legislation to support clients need, want and expectation, particularly focusing on bathroom design and bathing.
Learning outcomes:
- Review changes to the Housing and Regeneration Act (2008), particularly relating to DFG use and criteria
- Reflect on the impact on bathroom design and the occupation of bathing
- Consider the application of changes and impact on practice
