Leading OT to present “client centred bathing” seminar with us at OTAC Torquay

Seminar Synopsis:
Bathing is not just about the act of physically washing and keeping yourself clean – or is it? This seminar will explore the importance of bathing as a meaningful occupation and enable professional attendees to:
- Assess the occupational bathing needs of their clients
- Review what it really means to work in a client centred manner
- To clearly define the benefits of bathing

m will be presenting material from Kate Sheehan, a respected Occupational Therapist with 30 years’ experience in client assessment, bathroom accessibility and housing design. Kate and her OT team work closely with us to provide our new educational CPD seminar programme.
