Abacus Specialist Bathroom Solutions welcomes Brendan Hall as new Product Assessment Manager
Abacus Specialist Bathroom Solutions is delighted to announce the addition of Brendan Hall to its expanding team of Product Assessment Managers.
Brendan will be primarily responsible for providing essential bathing solutions to children and young adults with disabilities, their families, and healthcare professionals across the central UK.
In his new role, Brendan will manage a wide range of domestic bathroom adaptation services. From high-quality assistive bath demonstrations and project planning to comprehensive site assessments, installation and equipment training – ensuring an elevated level of service and support for Abacus clients.
Brendan brings to Abacus a wealth of experience, combining a background in technical and project management roles with direct work alongside vulnerable clients requiring housing solutions. His unique skill set makes him an ideal fit for the role. “Working with vulnerable clients has taught me the importance of empathy and compassion,” says Brendan.
“Joining Abacus allows me to leverage my technical expertise and contribute to life-changing home adaptations that truly enhance quality of life. My goal as an Abacus Product Assessment Manager is to ensure that each bathroom adaptation meets the specific needs of the bather, optimising safety, well-being and enjoyment for them and their caregivers.”
Brendan will be equipped with an Abacus demonstration vehicle, providing a convenient, mobile indoor setting where clients, housing and healthcare professionals can experience a range of specialist Abacus baths. These vehicles offer demonstrations of powered, height-adjustable baths with transfer seats, alongside postural accessories and supports, allowing clients and professionals to trial features and ensure that adaptations align with individual needs.
