The Gemini 2000 hi-lo platform bath won the Occupational Therapy Show ‘Excellence in Caring’ award and represents a unique innovation in futureproofed accessible bathing. This spacious, 2-metre-long bath is larger than a standard bath and encompasses an array of functionality and safety features. It provides ample space for bathers to grow and access for carers or parents administering personal care is much easier. This accessibility is enhanced by the Gemini’s unique dual lift technology which submerges bathers into temperature-controlled water and raises the whole bath so carers do not need to bend or stoop. Possible back injury is eliminated and eye-level engagement is possible – resulting in a bathing experience which is more positive and safer for everyone.

The new Aries 2000 delivers equally beneficial bathing from a practical and clinical point of view. Designed for mobile and ceiling track hoist access, this latest Aries is also 2-metres in length and provides greater internal space for therapeutic, safe bathing. As with all baths in the Abacus range, the Aries includes BioCote antimicrobial technology as standard. This invisible, silver ion additive is integrated during the manufacturing process so cannot be wiped or worn away. BioCote provides up to 99.99% protection against microbes and even some viruses.
