Adjustment to opening hours

Dear valued customers and partners,

I am writing to you today to inform you that GHG (and all of our three trading brands – Access, Abacus and Gainsborough Specialist Bathrooms.)  are adjusting our operational opening hours with effect from Monday 30 th March until further notice.

The impact of COVID-19 means that we are adjusting our manufacturing capacity in anticipation of a lower order intake. Similarly, we are responding to our customer’s need to hold off frequenting many service calls, LOLER inspections and new installations for a period of time.

From Monday 30th March the entire GHG organisation will be operating on a 4-day per week basis. This means that we shall not be open on Fridays until further notice.

Rest assured that we shall maintain and prioritise our ability to service, repair and install as required by our customers.

For our supply-only customers who normally collect baths on a Friday, please get in touch with our internal sales admin teams at info@accesswalkinbaths.co.uk and info@gainsboroughbaths.com at your earliest convenience to agree alternative arrangements for collections.
